Welcome Baby Brooklyn!

So my little niece Brooklyn was born today! She is a darling baby with tons of hair! Going to the hospital brought back so many memories of having Hunter. I am just lucky that I am already pregnant because seeing that sweet baby made me baby hungry! Good Job Clint and Sara! I love you both!

No More Binkey!

So I finally did it! The binkey is no longer a part of our lives! I have been trying to get rid of it since he turned one but I guess I just wasn't ready. I am so proud of Hunter, he gave it up like a champ. he threw them away and we kept one but cut off the nipple so that when he wanted it I would give it to him and just say that it was broken. I had tried this before but he didn't understand what broken was but this time he caught on! Next project potty training! Ha Ha I wish!

Sold!

So this weekend we finally signed the contract to sell our house! We sold it to this really nice single kid that went to school with matt. I am kind of sad because we have put so much work into it but it will be fun to build a brand new one. I have never lived in a new house in my entire life so i am pumped. Plus I think it has been fun picking everything out! The best thing about selling it to this kid is that we get to stay here until our house is done which is a huge blessing since the baby will be here before our house is done! I just hope everything else goes smoothly! Wish us luck!

Our Sweet Baby Taggart!

So we went ti the Target ultrasound on tuesday and i am happy to report that everything looked great! We got some really great pictures of little Tags' face and we think he looks a lot like his big brother! it is crazy to think that I am already 6 months along! Its funny because at Hunters Target ultrasound we had to try really hard to get a picture of his face because he was so wiggly but this little guy is so calm. I really am so excited to see him and how he will be. I am very lucky to have a healthy pregnancy and love my family very much!

I should have called in sick today!

Wow so it has been quite the day! As much as i love being a stay at home mom, it has it's disadvantages. I think I just woke up on the wrong side of the bed today and luckily so did Hunter! All night i tossed and turned because my sciatic nerve was killing me, and so I got absolutely no rest. Then hunter is getting his molars so he is ornery, but i tried to make the day fun and take him swimming but all that did was make me and him even more tired and cranky! I swear some days I wish I could just wake up and call in sick! The only thing that gets me through the day sometimes is knowing that there is a tomorrow! I'm sure those of you that work are thinking boo hoo, and your right I have the best job in the world, i just wish it came with some paid vacation!

Las Vegas!

So we had such a fun family vacation! The weather was so nice and Hunter was such a good boy! The drive wasn't even bad, the kids actually did really well. Hunter was in love with the pool and by the end of the trip was almost too brave. He could float thank to his crocs and his water wings , but he loved putting his head under the water. He never once got water up his nose! I was very impressed! Our resort that we stayed in was beautiful and so fun, It was nice not to be right on the strip. But i do have to say that it is good to be back home!
